Many of you have asked, if we could implement the option to pay with invoice in our webshop.

We previously disabled it, as we spent too much time on administration and following up on late payments and occasionally dealt with fake orders.

Now we have found a solution for this and invoice payment has been implemented, tested and made available for all customers in Switzerland.

To deal with fraud and fake orders we work with a Swiss credit rating company to check all orders, before they are being shipped. Customers that fail the credit or address check will still be able to order, if they pay with debit or credit card, but will not be offered the option to pay with invoice.

We have fully outsourced the control of the invoice payments to a local partner in Switzerland, so please make sure you pay the invoices in time and address any questions about reminder fees directly to them. All the information is available on the invoices.
